Oopsie. What has gross slug and former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour done to subvert justice this time? Oh, basically a reverse-cowgirl of the time Michael Dukakis furloughed Willie Horton, but this time by pardoning a drunk driver for his third offense
Next best thing ... he had "well connected friends" who told the Parole Board what a swell fellow he was.
The purpose of the pardon, by the way, was to save him from spending a whole year under supervision in a County Drug Court program. This, apparently, was just an intolerable imposition on Mr. Bostick's (white Southern male) lifestyle.
That&#39;s a little too much thinking-like-a-Republican for me ;)<br /><br /><br />I was merely hinting that felons wouldn&#39;t be barred from voting if there was no racial disparity in felony conviction rates, and that the pardon system helps \"correct\" when the \"wrong\" people lose their right to vote.
So, I&#039;m late here, but for some reason, the name &quot;Bostick&quot; is making a subconscious bell ring. I&#039;ll go google it, but the twinge is obscure. Does anybody recall why this would be a significant name?
Everyone involved is white. IMHO the DUI guy resembles Barbor -- especially in the lard ass region. From the article<blockquote>A police investigation found that Bostick was under the influence of alcohol while driving but has determined that <b>he was not at fault for the accident</b>, according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol. Bostick has not been charged, and his case is expected to go before a grand jury, according to the state attorney&#039;s office.</blockquote>
No, four offenses, only one of which was pardoned (the first two were non-felony, the 1st third conviction was felony and hence pardoned because only black people are supposed to be prevented from voting, and now the 2nd third offense [since the 3rd was pardoned, the 4th is also a 3rd offense] is going to court).
We know they say it in <a href="http:\/\/wonkette.com\/472443\/north-carolina-guv-finds-worst-insult-for-amendment-one-supporters" target="_blank">North Carolina</a>.

Yeah, but white is white ... you&#039;re missing the key point in this filthy conspiracy: <a href="http://www.vnnforum.com/sho..." target="_blank">" rel="nofollow noopener" title="http://www.vnnforum.com/showthread.php?t=141749">http://www.vnnforum.com/sho...
They&#039;ve yet to invent anything so crazy, that a racist southern slackjaw can&#039;t make it even more crazy!

AOT,K
At this point, the only effective solution is to do is take the driver-side seat belt and air bags out of the fucker&#039;s truck.
What brand of stapler do you use?
Several, including Stanley, but I think the reference my mind was making was to the forward base in Afghanistan, which was in the news late last year.
Now that&#039;s the picture of a man who could fart in a room full of people and laugh about it.
Sounds like <em>someone</em> was hoping his tax returns would be looked at by friendly eyes...
He&#039;ll need another pardon first.
You <i>were</i> talking about the DUI guy, right?

Doubly especially when they&#039;ve &quot;found God&quot;.
Justice rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again.
