You are right it has been three generations. I hope the younger generations realize they are being used. But, who knows? The emigrees from Castro were offered a deal, to be considered "white" and to have political clout here in southern Florida, all they had to do was join the Republican party. My college roommate was from a wealthy family who fled Castro's regime with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and I can tell you they will never forgive, or forget. But they are aging now too, my friend left as a young boy, now he must be in his late 60's.
I just want to yell this to America: "Faith" is simply a belief, and a belief is simply an opinion you do not wish to change. It is not okay to foist your opinions on anyone else, whether it be in schools, hospitals, or cake-making shops.
