I just don't get this at all. So these Rethugs are pushing antibody treatment when there are proven, reliable vaccines available? That's like saying to a pet owner, don't worry about distemper vaccines, we can treat it when they get sick. WTF sense does that make? Ok maybe they can be given a horse dewormer so maybe it's not so bad.

How are they even trusting the monoclonal antibody treatments if they won't trust a vaccine that will make them produce antibodies?? Such fucking cognitive disconnect. It's not even a matter of logic anymore.

Exactly my sentiments about this whole totally stupid scenario. Chase down the horses after they've bolted instead of closing the door to keep them in.

Ooh.. multidimensional chess!! "They" knew that there would be a significant portion of the population who would refuse the vaccine and need the monoclonal antibodies, so they played the long game and put the microchips, 5G, metallic stuff that makes you magnetic, glow in the dark, etc, etc, in the treatment! So brilliant.

Nah, these antibodies are entirely gone after 3 or 4 weeks. You can get Regeneron once a month for post exposure prophylaxis.

These things might reduce viral load and therefore infectiousness but I dunno if there's any actual proof of that.

Probably people who get these things mount an immune response and have comparable long term immunity to those who don't? Don't think we know that for certain.

We've also already had to stop using bamlanivimab because of resistant variants. It's possible Regeneron won't be useful forever.

Trump would openly, with his puckered cat-butt mouth, threaten to punish states with governors who hurt his feelings. We needn’t analyze how repulsive the notion is of the highest elected official causing harm to millions of people simply because one person upset him. That’s General Zod stuff, not POTUS. And Trump did that often. Wingnut senators said little and did less. Now, Biden wants to make sure red states don’t substitute a costly after-the-fact remedy instead of cheap, available preventative measure. Hmmm, I thought wingnuts just HATE that! Looking at you, Texas.

Trolling is all the GOP does anymore. “If elected, I will go to DC and tweet about all your grievances, and obstruct, obstruct, obstruct.” Crowd: “snort, grunt, chortle, squeak, burp!”

The freedom to contract a deadly disease and then demand a costly remedy from the Federal Gov is what being an American patriot is all about.

they won't take a vaccine, but they'll take a treatment with monoclonal in the title? WTAF?
