My favorite bit of TV trivia: Sherwood Schwartz named the tiny ship after FCC chair Newton Minow as revenge for his comment about television being a "vast wasteland." So Schwartz shipwrecked him.
I think Rubio is trying to emphasize that he is also an inexperienced Senator like Obama was, but the problem is Obama himself not his lack of leadership experience. But instead of getting that point across, he just embarasses himself in the most inept ways.
