I read somewhere that every 5 days a cop sexually harasses a female citizen, and that the real number is probably much higher because not all incidents are reported. The primary female targets are crime victims, informants, motorists, and participants in youth programs. Nothing whatsoever is done about this other than to 1) ignore it or 2) make cops attend a 1-day sexual harassment training every year.
