Let me think about this. He risked his career because he chose not to be vaccinated. He was willing to risk his coworkers health and lives because he chose not to be vaccinated.
It is just possible that his vaccinated coworkers value their health and lives--and those of their family--over this guy's mediocre career.
It's ironic that the flu is so good at killing people. We are really bad at killing flu because it's a virus and not really alive. (It replicates instead of reproducing and it needs host cells to do that.)
Freedom of religion in the Constitution only says that government can't do anything to prohibit its practice by whoever. Movie studios are not the government.
