What's the actual process to red tag and remove non permitted structures? I don't imagine it has to go to court first. Just go red tag it, or whatever the equivalent is.
What about emergency escalation for immediately dangerous conditions? There has to be a process to allow immediate action, and bill the perpetrator later.

I lived in the Phoenix area during the S. B. 1070 debacle. Immigration is, Constitutionally, under the jurisdiction of the federal government, and, much like this case, the federal government took serious issue with S. B. 1070. If the Red States want to secede so badly, how about we let them?

Try to link GOP efforts to shut down immigration to rising prices for essential goods. At the same time, be real, they cry about "illegal immigrants" but their goal is NONE if it's going to affect the whiteness of the power structure.
