From what I understand, most Republican representatives can't seem to grasp the concept that a person can belong to two demographics at the same time so I doubt they have even considered the possibility. It's also been mentioned upstream that gay marriage is legal in Mexico but then I don't expect Republicans to actually know that.
Has it happened yet? The argument about how if gay marriage is legalized, thousand of brown skinned homosexuals will flood across our border so they could get citizenship through marriage?
