Speaking of law enforcement, I just got a call from someone who Has Thoughts about the lady who was lost on a lake in CA and is presumed drowned. I explained that, this being NC, we don't actually care (I was nicer/more diplomatic than that, because I am A Professional).
"Can you get me a number for California, then?" (Because, sure, I'm also Directory Assistance.)"Yeah. Let Me Google That For You." (Yes, I actually said it just like that.) "Here, [CA DOJ contact number]."So now he's (hopefully) happily sharing his no doubt valuable insights with them.
I usually don't have any problems with disqus, but earlier this morning I tried to post two comments and something about an "internal server error", whatever tat means, came up. When I tried again to post the comments disqus told me "you have already posted this comment."
OT It is pretty clear now there will be another trillion or 2 dollars in stimulus money passed. The Rs know the country is broke today, and will be much worse by election day. As Nancy has (up for re-election) McConnell's balls on the table, she has a big ole gavel.
Lots of problems that need money, yes, but I hope state and county election facilities get what they need for everyone to vote. Hopefully a lot of $ for mail in ballots, imo, the safest way to vote this year.
I'm sure that Cohen knows how many women he paid off and who they are. Didn't Melania renegotiate the prenup after the Stormy revelations? Is it that she would be in for a windfall settlement if more revelations come to light? You know how Tramp loves to give his money away.
It should be noted that she neither lives nor works in Clifton. She works in a nearby town though, which in her mind gives her justification to tell Clifton what to do.

McConnell is safe in the arms of Putin and big money*. I'm not the best political junkie but from what I've seen he doesn't seem particularly inclined to cave to anyone but Trump.
