These people seem remarkably and consistently unclear on the concept that ACCEPTING A PARDON ENTAILS A CONFESSION OF GUILT.

Not only that, if he is called to testify in this matter in the future, he cannot refuse to give evidence, since the 5th Amendment rule against self-incrimination no longer applies. (But if he lies under oath, all bets are off.)

So if he is pardoned for the crime of lying to FBI, and he can't be charged for that again, can't he be charged for what he was trying to do with Russia, which they have a recording of?

nancy pelosi should call trumps bluff on this pardon. "we would love it if trump pardoned flynn so we could have him come testify to congress about what really happened without his 5th amendment dodge or his executive privilege dodge, but I'm assuming flynn will have to wait until after the election for that pardon, right mr. president?"
