I think she really drew the short straw this time though. Judges like her make horrible decisions like this all day, every day, and generally get away with it because the people receiving their abuse are powerless. This particular case just happened to be the one to get a ton of attention.

So this came up the other day on... I want to say All In, that Pelosi and Schumer aren't supporting testing for Congress members and staff for "reasons." Didn't get into the why of it.
This strikes me as fucked up and may be something that will come back to bite them in the future.
I want Judge Brennan off the bench -- sending Grace to juvenile detention for not doing her homework would have been a stupid move even without a pandemic. To do so when Grace wasn't getting the help she needed makes it a remove-that-jerk offense, in my book.
