For the Huckster it's a twofer. Gets to pretend to want to go to jail and gets to forgive her for her inane marital life. I see a surge to .75% polling wise and a seven figure rise in tv contract.

If you've never seen The Advocate (a/k/a Hour of the Pig), you haven't seen Colin at his finest. Great film, with Nicol Williamson, Ian Holm, and one of the last and best performances by Donald Pleasence. See it!

She's actually violating the oath of office for County Clerks & Deputies in Kentucky. She obviously has problems with making decisions if her marital comedy is any indication. Lacks some of that "rendering" ability. Gaining some sense of the "grifting" ability.

I'd like to know what the other folks in the office there think of her. I imagine tiptoes are the basic means of ambulation.

I noticed that, too.

Maybe they are students from local Moorehouse College being "ironic".

I already saw another comment on teh Wonk say that she has stated she would defy the order if released again. But I'm not so sure. The judge didn't hesitate to throw her in jail, even if it was only to make sure she knew he would. We'll find out soon enough how many times she has to hit her head against the wall to find out it's hard. This shit is all for show, and just for Finn's benefit. Behind the scenes, my guess is her 'counsel' is advising her to keep her head down until they find a loophole in the judge's order.

They are supposed to be discussing her options while she takes a few days off from work to "spend time with family." More likely they are lining up some TV interviews for her while she's doing her 15 minutes of fame.

Even more bizarre, those deputies are labeled as "lawbreaking deputies" because in a Wingnut's mind the Opposite Sketches have never ended.
