That worked really well for my cable bill. My Fios plan only has some fewer channels that I miss (Bye bye Destination America, BBC America...), while giving me way more channels that I'll never watch, while taking away my multi room DVR, for only $50 more a month than I was paying Comcast for all that stuff I actually used.
What I'm trying to say is I miss Comcast like ACA.
Once the individual mandate is gone, who's even buying the policies that cover nothing? These people are convinced their True Americanness provides permanent plot armor from anything bad ever happening to them.
Disingenuous. What about all the items on the list not included in ACA policies, like 4, 18 and 24? And the ones that the care you're better off not having (from personal experience ) because it's impossible to get authorized or the care they offer is crap? Half the ACA's promises sound good on paper, not in actual care
Yeah methinks you are full of crap.Telling an insurance company that they have to cover something since people are paying them money to cover things, is in no way shape or form even remotely related with your personal problem with finding good care in any given category. You want junk insurance that covers bupkiss? Fine! Most sane people don't.
You do know that coverage on things you don't need isn't really in your coverage, right? Like as in, insurance companies don't charge men more just in case they get preggers, right? As in they don't really bill us that way for coverage...right?Huh. Guess not. You know what is dishonest? Begins with C and ends with you.
You have never met an insurance salesman have you? There once were, and will be again, thousands of people gainfully employed selling "health insurance" that could not, ever, by definition, every pay a benefit.
First, Republicans make sure there is no national regulation of insurance. This is a sacred principle. So all insurance regulation is always at the state level, mostly by elected Insurance Commissioners. So now its a sacred principle that our beloved insurance companies be allowed to sell insurance across state lines. Presto, there is no regulation.
Wow Chris you made this account just to comment here? Who were you the last time you got banhammered?

I applaud your can-do perspective. :-)

I believe that would be "MacDUFFED," wouldn't it? *pushes glasses up nose and squints
No, but I could buy some. It's cheap. Very good idea, thanks.

You wrap the wound in lefse and apologize for causing trouble.

I was all set to sell him insurance against Leprosy (which is actually problem for actual armadillos.)

Why are you ignoring my stronger point, that there are a significant number of items on the list that aren't covered under ACA either!?
i'm going to start making people alternatively alive if this shit keeps up.
As George Carlin used to say, "If you're pre-born, you're fine. If you're pre-school, you're fucked."
