His Lord High Hairgel, Mittens of Romney, last week: Romney has said he doesn't agree with Republicans' shutdown tactics. While speaking at an event at the University of Utah, Romney repeated those claims. "My tactic does not include shutting down the government. But we'll see which tactic works," Romney said, according to Salt Lake Tribune reporter
If I remember correctly, he was going to leave the inaugural podium and sign a law repealing "Obamacare." At least the government hasn't been shut down for the last 9 months.
BTW, I have not noticed a collapse of the Massachusetts healthcare system. I think that Massachusetts General, Brigham & Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess and others might be a notch or two above most red state hospitals.
yes, shitforbrains, because the Senate accepting the House budget numbers that are nearly identical to the budget you and Paul Ryan campaigned on is "the spending crisis that’s ahead.”
It is confusing to me too, since he basically answered Hannity's question with a bit of vague nonsense that can be open to interpretation...not unlike everything else he said during his campaign.
Bullits and seed banks.

Maybe he could replace Obamacare with Romneycare. The teabaggers would be happy and the rest of us wouldn't notice the difference.

Relax, you're in the comments now, you don't have to be the editor down here.
A robot must always protect his political position, unless it conflicts with the first law or reality. Mitt is defective.
“I’m with the Republicans ..."
About as much as he was "with" the employees whose pensions he looted.
If Mitt Romney had won the election, The United States of Americorp would not have shut down...
Sold some assets overseas, maybe, but not shut down.
the House is trying to sell off assets as we speak

Spoken like a true Massachusetts/New Hampshire/Utah/California resident.
nearly in half- which of course explains all the hair on fire exclamations of the looming crisis

Only if you count Jan. 20, 2009, as when Obama took office, which Republicans clearly have not ever done.
