If these "proceedings" are anything to go by, he's well practiced in all sorts of things that should have had him disbarred long ago. Just because he can't win a case honestly doesn't mean he can't win a case.
Anyone unconvicted by him is either a blood relative or a campaign contributor, and then it wouldn't matter what they did.
