You would think, after the Montana Supreme Court censured and suspended District Judge G. Todd Baugh for issuing one of the most despicable orders to a convicted rapistever, that would be the last we'd hear about Judge Baugh. But nope, the Yellowstone Area Bar Association
It makes sense to honor this guy, oh sure he's a scumbag and all but think about this: the NRA honors Nuge and he IS a pederast rather than just a scumbag child rapist apologist who spits on a child's corpse. Not to mention Dick Cheney receiving awards, I mean the skeletons in that guys closet would disintegrate most mortals. The point is, scumbags receive awards, too....although sadly they aren't turned sideways and shoved up their asses as karma dictates they should be.
I move that the Yellowstone Area Bar Association include in its criteria for award-making "no candidate shall have been censured and/or suspended for being a dick, no matter how fucking long and illustrious their career was. If a suitable candidate cannot be found, no award shall be awarded. And the lawyers must take sabbaticals to contemplate how this came to be."
