The American was (and probably still is) a terrible movie.

Mr. Clooney is a very good actor.

These "reporters" have their parties confused. It's the GNoP who puts up vanity candidates going nowhere - not the Democrats.

Besides, politics is show business for ugly people. That's cetainly not George's problem.

you know the little bits i've heard of clooney (interviewing / speaking, etc.) the guy seems to be the real thing.

yeah he's charming and gorgoues but he's really really smart and really political. he knows perfectly well that he's too liberal to win anything so he does what he can in the capacity of 'world heart throb'.

and that's been quite a lot.

plus wicked sense of humor.
