Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Rightwingers are never racist. Now that that's out of the way, let's go look at the comments UNDER AN ARTICLE about threatening to boycott MSNBC for calling rightwingers racist!
Dok, I think maybe you might have buried the lede on this story. The chair of the RNC finally admitted the Republicans are a rightwing party. Not "mainstream conservative" or center-right as they've claimed all these years (at least since Reagan), but a full on, rightwing organization...just like the John Birch Society or any number of other reactionary organizations that have been around over the years. This is a huge step forward in being honest with the public.
"I'm terribly sorry to have someone tweet something that conflates The Right Wing with racists, but then again, Reince, you seem to have conflated the Republican Party with Right Wing racists who might be offended.
That is what I'm talking about, my friend.
There's your problem, you keep conflating liberals and MSNBC. There's nothing liberal about them. MSNBC is a typical corporate media company whose only real concern is making money. Don't let the fact that they've chosen to pander to liberals as a viable business model convince you that the people who run the place are actually liberal. Sure, some of them are likely pro choice and nominally progressive on social issues, but at best they're allied with third way DNC interests. Truth is, if the money was there they'd rebrand themselves as more conservative than Fox in a New York minute. Some of the on air personalities are actually liberal, but the decision makers are one percenters who simply cater to the left as a way to fill a niche and gain market share.
Malkin started the poutrage on Twitter last night, Ben Shapiro just tweeted her accomplishment for and I quote. "bringing MSNBC to its knees".
I don't use the word hate too often, but I sincerely hate those two with every fiber that is crammed into every box of Cheerios.
Now if only the anonymous tweeter had said "some" of the right wing might not like it. That might mean, say, those who went ballistic over last year's ad, rather than those now trotting out their multiracial families. But no, had to diss all the right. When will lefties learn nuance and plausible deniability?
Also if you listen to the conversation, too.
Adblock Plus does a nice job - no problems here, using FF.

Also: rightwingers are never disrespectful.
Just ask Jesse Helms.
I think that should have been the apology:

I called my table an "asshole" after I stubbed my toe.
Reince Priebus demanded an apology.

You calling me a racist proves that you are a racist. Me calling you a racist for calling me a racist proves that you are a racist.
