On MSNBC Wednesday, Chuck Todd patiently explained that it's not the media's job to correct lies about the Affordable Care Act, because what do you take them for, a source of factual information or something? In an interview on "Morning Joe," former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell said he believed that most opposition to the ACA was the result of misinformation coming from Republicans. Todd agreed, and went a step beyond that:
I love how it is "the WH's job to sell their plan" when, you know, the WH can sell till the cows come home, but if the media chooses not to cover it or pay attention, that's not the media's job, because LOGIC!
MSNBC's Chuck Todd Explains Media Don't Need To Show You No Stinking Facts On Obamacare
They have, in fact, verbed it.
I was NOT saying it isn't job of journos to call out lies
"I was just saying we don't do that."
Is there some kind of clinic like in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" to help some of us get into this club?
Chuck Todd is only qualified to model that god-awful pudding ring. Get a job, ya bum!
If only.
This certainly explains why we went to war with Iraq.
Facts. How do they work?
Todd will fit right in at Fux News.
"Chuck Todd sucks Koch cock." Is that a factual statement? Not my job to figure it out.
Chet Huntley would stab his cigarette out in his pathetic beard.
The media are the message?
Poor Chuckles. If his journo gig doesn't pan out he can always get a job as a Kelly Girl taking dictation.
