I am 82 ; one thing I know is that the repub party has NEVER been about healthcare , or any other issues to help we, the people. what they specialize in is denying govt services ....I wish voters would figure this out.

Empty G is a Qanon true believer. She joined the R to fight against corrupt baby eating demon-rats. She's not bright enough to realise it's all a lie. That's why she's flipable on certain things.

MTG gets it right occasionally, she posted the famous "doodle" outside her office. Stay away from windows, Marjorie and don't drink the tea.

“Let me look right into the camera and tell you very clearly: Republicans are the ones concerned about healthcare. Republicans are the party working around the clock everyday to fix healthcare. This is not talking points for us: We’ve done it.”

You party took the whole fucking week off you See You Next Tuesday!! Dear Leader is at the golf course every day. You ain’t doing shit!

I just had some routine lab work done. I'm on Medicare and I have a good secondary policy. When I got the "This is not a bill statement" that detailed the work and prices it turns out I had to pay $6.00 for these labs. It also details the amount it submitted to Medicare for reimbursement which was $967.00. Medicare told them to take a flying leap on most of it, forked over $62.00 and passed on the rest of the approved charges ($31.00) to my Part B supplemental, which paid $25.00 and left me to pick up the remainder.

Now if I was self insured, i.e. I'll pay for mine and you pay for yours, it would have cost me that $967.00. What a screwed up system.

My cat bit me in August and I just got the bill. $503 but Medicare paid $321 and the urgent care billed me $8. I am a believer in Medicare For All, but would be satisfied if everyone was guaranteed Medicaid.

Apparently government "handouts" are good as long as the money is flowing in the direction of MTG and her kin.

I can't believe I'm saying non-insulting things about MTG, but not only is she almost getting it about healthcare and on the right side of Epstein, her comments about a national divorce don't seem so insane these days when it's Dem governors talking. I didn't understand why she was accused of calling for civil war when the point of divorce is to reduce the stresses so there isn't a war.

Of course, she has a lifetime of Republican lies in her non-extraordinary head and is not good at doing her own research. I wish she'd listen to Elizabeth Warren and AOC and realize who actually has her interests in mind.

I'm a Democrat.

Fuck her.

I want a four-nation solution: East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, and South. (The South has to take trumpy.) It would be drastic and difficult, but it would sure feel good if it happened. I live in California.

Hey, all y’all! Marge isn’t TOWING any line, unless someone’s car broke down and she’s pulling it with a chain. But…she also isn’t TOEING the Repugnican line, or even three-toeing it, as it were.

…I’m just sayin’, and if you don’t understand this comment, you just might be a Repugnican.

My 27 year old daughter has Crohns disease and she relies on ACA subsidies to treat that terrible disease. The treatment she uses for Crohns costs $4000 every 7 weeks but ACA covers that expense.

Without that treatment she will be unable to work.

With ACA her monthly medical insurance premium is $150

Without ACA she will have to pay $1000 a month.

She makes too much to qualify for medicaid but doesn't make enough to pay $1000 on top of co-pays.

If she’s “towing the line” does she also wear open-tow shoes? When she’s done “carving her lane” does she pave her turkey? Has she inherited the Dubyah malaprop baton?

You hit on something that really annoys me, "TOEING the line" is correct usage, the minute your toe hits that line, you STOP rather than crossing over. Another petty annoyance, the use of "reign" instead of "rein." You "rein" a horse, pulling the reins to make it stop. Trump is "reigning" over us like an absolute monarch. Ok, rant over.
