"Operator," not "Officer." This twit was a Lance Corporal, which I immediately guessed once I saw his training record summary. It is very Lance Corporal-ish, and of course includes no.NCO schools. He's got a couple of meritorious awards, which is pretty fucking meaningless for POG types, who tend to get low-grade official attaboys from their bored officers about as often as they get challenge coins. Frankly, his service summary is a snooze-fest, about as anodyne and unremarkable as you can get save for a brief turn as a marksmanship coach. NOT a PMI, coaches do little instruction. Mostly they walk the firing line, correcting small mistakes in form and helping shooters adjust their sights once they're satisfied that they're shooting actual groups and not scattered garbage.
This is when you've told the same stupid and easily debunked lie to thousands of credulous MAGA mouth-breathers, who believe you. Then you forget that this is all easily disproved nonsense to the rest of the real world, and announce a run at major political office. And become a laughingstock.
This clown sounds pretty much like a second-rate Frank Dux, the martial arts grifter who claimed to have been secretly trained as a ninja, recruited by the CIA, awarded the Medal of Honor (top-secretly, of course) in Vietnam, and to have participated in the (again, top-secretly) Kumite tournament later portrayed in Bloodsport starring Jean-Claude Van Dam.
Ask him to point to Colorado on a map and to explain what its Governor actually does as a day job. Also, who's going to pick up his slack on rescuing the thousands of women and children still trapped behind the lines in Wharzafeckistan.
The guy got out of the military as an E-3. It looked like he was only in 3 years, but that part was blurry on my screen. Whatever, it looks like he did 1 enlistment, had an unremarkable time, and didn't re-enlist for whatever reason. He's a poser at best. All brag and performance. Trying to impress rubes who don't know how the military works. I bet everything else he says is a big lie. Probably is one of those stolen valor guys too; wouldn't be surprised. I only have contempt for someone like that. Sure he's a veteran, but as far as I'm concerned (18 years in the Navy) he's a veteran in name only.
If this guy didn’t get into politics, he’d be the director, producer, writer, and star of his own vanity project action movie wherein he never loses a fight, is an expert at everything from kung fu to quantum physics, and the former Playboy model who plays his girlfriend is always topless.
The dog defense may be the purest moment here. Asked whether his wild rescue-mission murder-exorcist karate biography is true, he points to Reagan the dog like the golden retriever is about to testify under oath. That is not a campaign. That is a History Channel fever dream running for governor. Colorado Republicans somehow found a guy whose résumé reads like a youth pastor, Steven Seagal, QAnon, and a multilevel vitamin scheme all got locked in a Spirit Halloween overnight. And naturally, he is now the nominee. Democracy, beloveds, remains committed to the bit.

Why do Republicans keep putting up candidates who are obvious lunatics? Is this related to Ronnie's closing down of the asylums back in the '80s?
So, a slightly less obese Steven Seagal? Clearly what the country needed.
I'm embarrassed by my fellow Coloradans that they think he's their guy. I am very happy to see Mr.Weiser will get the job.
George Santos invented this guy's back story.
How *does* he do it?

Tim Ballard wishes he could be this guy.
Another Rethuglicon lying sack of skin.

Sure, Jan.
Van Damme. Put some respec on his name! ;-)

"Thank you for your made up service"
He fought in secret missions shoulder-to-shoulder with Twofirstnames Mullet and George Santos.

So, his "documentary"?
As republicans go, he seems pretty qualified.
Mr. Marx’s views and candidacy say all we need to know about today’s Republican Party.
And the right thinks the left has a problem with vetting regarding Platner?
