But that does 𝑛𝑜𝑡 mean we should stick our heads in the sand about who this guy is, and I'm frankly sick and tired of hearing people defend him, downplay his behavior, or act as if his personal conduct doesn't matter. It does matter, it's an indication of who someone really is, and the private and public 𝑎𝑙𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 bleed into one another. And we don't get to point it out when it's personal Republican conduct and then ignore it when it's on our own side. We should expect better of people we choose to represent us.
