I was listening earlier to an interview Pence did with someone from Bloomberg this morning. He was basically saying they set up the Task Force, after the first case, stopped travel from China, stopped travel from various other places, etc., etc., rah, rah, we're happy president numbnuts did so much to save us. blah, blah, blah.
And the Bloomberg anchors who replayed that portion of the interview were so happy that the VP had paid any attention to them. It never seemed to occur to them to ask Pence how, if Trump did such a perfect job, cases had grown from 15 to 238800 in only 36 days.
Continued Varney, "This is like the time when I joined the Fox softball team, and the team we played had a big problem: they had better players. Then they had the UNMITIGATED GALL of actually playing better than us. They had no end of contempt for us by continuing to play better and scoring more runs than us. Thankfully, we won the game by scoring less as that is now how a winner is determined."
