I think they're moving on the belief that "privelege" is whatever Republicans say it is, and when it comes to those they want to investigate you get the "privelege" of being subpoenaed to show up and be hectored by whatever clown car shows up to the hearing.

Well, these are the same folks that determined that Lois Lerner had waived her Fifth Amendment rights by saying something once, despite <i>Republican</i> lawyers telling them they were wrong.
