OK, focusing on the Swetnick (sp?) testimony comments in your comment, because the rest is beside the point of this discussion; I see that you acknowledge part of it as a side note, but I just want to be clear, here. Your claim has now gone from Swetnick never said anything that actually incriminates BK to 'fuck you', some (I think) ad hominem "you are less reasonable than I am, and a subject change, so it seems we are not going to agree, I don't chase goalposts anymore. Let's just both go focus on other things now.

She saw him in other lines (groups, whatever) but isn't overclaiming that she remembers through the drug haze that he was in *her* line.
