The new 114th Congress, sworn in just yesterday, included in its rules a measure that appears designed to force an ugly and wholly unnecessary showdown over Social Security in 2016. For the voters have spoken, and they demand more ugly, unnecessary showdowns!
Rafalca receives a hefty check each month from Bain Capital plus all of the premium <strike>weed</strike> hay that she could ever want in exchange for keeping quiet.
Republicans are clearly for smaller, less intrusive government. Unless it’s for something they don't like, in which case criminalize every aspect of it.
Every employed American could pay an extra $5 a week, or we could confiscate a tiny percentage of the money being held off-shore to avoid paying taxes.
The first shot fired across the bow- and it's only going to get worse. Thanks a lot you GOP goobers who voted these clowns into office.
The reason the Republicans can get away with this is because their base is so damn dumb and selfish that they've actually convinced themselves that every penny of benefits that they personally receive is well earned and justified, but every penny spent on anyone else is government waste going to slackers and fraud. The cognitive dissonance necessary to hold this ridiculous notion is amazing and it takes a special kind of stupid not to realize where this is heading, yet the dumb, hateful, selfish fools who make up the GOP base will be absolutely blindsided when it finally dawns on them that these benefit cuts apply to THEM. Of course by then it will be far too late, so they'll do their usual rationalization and blame their newfound woes on Dems, libtards, lazy poors (the other, undeserving poorz) and big gubmint. Rinse and repeat...
Wasn't it their Xtian Jeebus who said something about whatsoever they do to the least of his people, that they are doing to him? So the GOP is telling Jeebus to FOAD? Brave. Compassionate, also too.
Are we 100% sure Rafalca's not receiving SS benefits for the mental trauma of having to be a RMoney pet?
So you must be one of those gubmint workers who sat around in front of their puters, picking their boogers
I've known some damn fine rats, who were not to blame for their family circumstances.
Well, I mean, you've got the chronic pain and all that comes with being on SSDI. Plus your disability, of course.
People on SSDI are automatically enrolled in Medicare, so it's related.

The answer is always <strike>Hitler</strike> Kirby Delauter.
I'm always in favor of drug testing Congress.
The word you're looking for is contempt. And anyone stupid enough to vote for these clowns deserves every bit of it.

Ya ain't in an iron lung, right? Then GET TO WORK YA BUM!

they don't hate themselves- they really are that dumb
That bit has been cut out of the conservative bible.
