Marcie, excellent write up!

Rudy has personal Fatwa's by the Ayatollah...

So stop picking on him!

Breathing problems and a bad knee? I know he's lost the Benz, but is he claiming that he has to walk to NYC?

What are the odds he's expecting a pardon for all this (despite civil claims not being pardonable)?

What are the odds that Trump has fully forgotten Rudy even existed, since he hasn't seen him in the last 15 minutes?

Good piece. I lost track of the Rudy drama and I think it is all deplorable. The next 4 years will be full of all the same ridiculous shenanigans, a repeat of the last 10 years . I still can’t believe that we are still being haunted by Trump and his clowns.

The game is kick the can, and the judge is not blocking the road. Meanwhile he continues to defame and crime. Justice is truly broken.

And we can point our fingers at the high court (I don’t refer to them as Supreme any longer 😳) who will continue to steal the rights bestowed to Americans by the constitution, mocking the law of the land which is the soul of America.

"Friday he was back in federal court in New York before Judge Lewis Liman, forced to Rudysplain why he hasn’t complied with just about anything the judge ordered him to do"

"America's fuck-face," sorry... I meant "America's Mayor" don't need to 'splain nothin' to no judge nowhere. After all, he was a successful US District Attorney, a once-beloved mayor, and personal attorney to Mooseballs Mussolini. Those three qualifications alone should put him above the law.

-----

"A mere six months ago, Rudesferatu decided the $3 million Florida condo was his real permanent residence"

But... but... but if Judge Liman doesn't buy into this bovine scat, then where will Giuliani record his ever so popular podcasts that is beamed into *hundreds* of New Yorkers' Spotify stream:

"Rudy Giuliani says he shouldn’t be forced to sell his $3.5 million Florida condo in a bankruptcy case β€” because he’ll need a place to record his podcasts once his Manhattan apartment is sold, court papers show." https://nypost.com/2024/03/29/us-news/rudy-giuliani-needs-florida-condo-for-podcasting-shouldnt-have-to-sell/

-----

"and also if some World Series rings were a gift to his lamprey-faced idiot son Andrew"

Don't make Giuliani give up his World Series rings: he earned them fair and square by being a key player on the field. No? Are you telling me that he got the rings simply for being Mayor of NYC when the Yankees won? "Say it ain't so, Joe."

-----

"Staten Island Joey kicked off his debut on a high note last month, insinuating that the judge was a Democrat plant and was biased"

The main reason Cammarata tried this tack was because he saw how effective it was when the Fulvous Flatulence used it against Judge Merchan and others:

"[The Amber Ardipithecus ramidus] attacks judges as political foes, demonizes prosecutors and casts the judicial system as biased against him and his supporters." https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/usa-election-judges-threats/

-----

"He never got a driver’s license, because β€œI have fatwas issued against me by the Ayatollah, *personally*.” [emphasis in the original]

The man who dyes his hair with shoe polish is like every other MAGAdroid right up to the Mango Malignancy, he lies despite contradictory evidence:

"[Michael Ragusa] said Giuliani has a Florida driver’s license." https://www.the-independent.com/news/world/americas/us-politics/rudy-giuliani-mercedes-trump-bankruptcy-b2641936.html

-and-

"Giuliani said he got his Florida driver’s license on Feb. 22." https://stetnews.org/2024/11/04/rudy-giuliani-casts-a-vote-for-his-palm-beach-condo/

Giuliani, a man you can trust almost as much as the Sociopathic Marigold Swamp Monster.

He also appeared on various podcasts this week, including taking a two hour one of his own. So, yes, it was all bull and Trumpisn attempts at dominance.

Rudles is Trump without the warmth and charm and while Trump is a bad liar, Rudy is laughably bad. His β€œwitnesses” here lack credibility and materiality - just barely meeting the standard for admissibility, imo. Liman is bending over backwards to keep him out of jail, but he so richly deserves it.

And you're more tenderhearted than me. He should have barely enough money to rent a studio apartment on the top floor of a five-story walk-up, within a food desert, in Hoboken (so he can gaze across the river to look wistfully on the city he once controlled and had been looked upon as an up and coming prosecutor and decent mayor). For transportation, where the public transit he'll have to rely on doesn't go, he can have my spouse's 2011 non-working Hyundai (it'll take a couple grand to put it back into functional order -- I'm sure he has at least that much stashed away somewhere that the courts can't find it).

His breathing problems are not caused by 9/11 inhalations. They are caused by a hard core cigar habit. Also, all that scotch is murder on the throat. What a useless dipshit.

Rudy’s rich, white, male, and had some power earlier in his life.

The odds anything happens to him are slim to none.

I think Rudy’s strategy is to stall until Moss and Freeman run out of money to pay their lawyers or he dies of old age, whichever comes first.

Edit: I find it amusing to lifelong old New Yorkers, Trump and Rudy, have come to hate their hometown, because it’s become more liberal and less mobbed up.
