Private citizens criticizing conservatives on Twitter? Free speech is under attack!

Conservatives using the full weight of the government to ban books, silence teachers, and takeover our educational institutions? Politically savvy! Establishing a brand!

Do I have that right?

You try doing sociological experiments based on history books and see what happens. Nope, it is irresponsible to use historians as a datasource for anything but history.

"Teaching that the Judicial Branch has shown inherent bias against non-white Americans is part of the truthful education that school children are entitled to know." ------ LOL. NO. Teaching this is itself biased. The judicial branch may have been that way at a point in our history, but isn't now.

I never said it is now or isn't now. However, I know it is biased in some states and districts, and not biased in others. Presenting history as it was is not exhibiting bias. It is telling the truth about the past 200+ years of the American experience. You people want to rewrite that history. People like myself will never let you do that. Christianity is the same. Denying its part in turning a blind eye to Hitler.

Don’t forget this golden oldie, almost reaching its second birthday:

The media is so in love with DeSantis it’s sad, really. He’s never going to take them to the prom. If he gets the GOP nomination there will be so many fluff pieces it will be downright embarrassing.

"...proposed overhaul of the state’s higher education system that would eliminate what he called “ideological conformity.” If enacted, courses in Western civilization would be mandated, diversity and equity programs would be eliminated..."

Because nothing indicates robust opposition to ideological conformity more than state-mandated curriculae clearly designed to conform to a particular ideology, right?

Here's an interesting quirk about that. I'm 5'2". I don't have any of that. Everyone's taller than me. Being aware of that is like being aware that I'm surrounded by oxygen.

Short man complex? 5'6" to 5'8". They're not always the shortest guys in the room, but they still aren't classified as "Tall." They're the ones causing all sorts of shit with their overcompensation. Putin comes to mind.

Tl:dr...Clarence thinks "diversity" and "free thinking" is BS, DeSantis is doing the moral and ethical thing. Clarence thinks Doc wrote a "hit piece" on Governor DeSantis. Clarence is wrong.
