It sounds really stressful and man I don't know how you do it.You are young and smart and if I were you I would seriously start thinking about change.Like if you have to be in nursing maybe switch to administrative position or home healthcare,something along those lines.Surely where you live there are seniors or perhaps disabled persons adult or children who need home care.Although I really don't know,just trying to help .

If nothing gets better, I’ll switch to home hospice care in a specialized medical team. As of yet, that’s a better financed and staffed sector where dignity still matters. I went to school for five years total to be a specialist nurse. I don’t want to fully leave the field. :/
