Democrats are the enemy of poor people. Their constituency is the poor, and of course that means the Dems have to keep the poor in poverty or else risk them all becoming Republicans.
As is so often the case, I can't prove it; but isn't it funny how people go straight for "naive, foolish, and too dull to grasp what old racist guys are doing". Could well be some racism behind it.
And it's even funnier how they think a black man might be in no way acquainted with people blocking him for no good reason.
