I do it too. I often have to look things up because I get them mixed up.

It's ALL he's got. Not morals or integrity. Not even much in the way of smarts.

It's really pretty funny that Liddle Newtnik thinks he was there in the "first impeachment". IIRC, he wasn't around in 1973. Ask Elizabeth Holtzman. She was there and she would know.

And because he'd had the audacity to win two consecutive presidential elections. A guy from Arkansas! (He was the first Democrat since FDR to pull that off.)

And I'm even more surprised that they didn't impeach Obama for presidenting while black.

Wait, Republicans lied to falsify a story? That fishing expedition was bound to turn up something, a blowjob wasn't what was expected and wasn't the big earth shattering crisis they hoped for.

Gingrich has embraced in his golden years the life philosophy of George Constanza: "It's not a lie if you believe it."That applies to the entire Republican party, Fox, and all big-C Conservative media.

What was really interesting about the Clinton impeachment was Clinton served out his term. Meanwhile, Newt had to step down from Speaker of the House, and shortly after, resigned from Congress because he was having an affair. Then his proposed replacement, Bob Livingston, resigned when he was found to be having an affair. He was replaced by Dennis Hastert, who years later was convicted of molesting boys during his pre-congressional career as a high school teacher and wrestling coach.

One last tie in, David Vitter replaced Livingston in the House. In 2007, Vitter's name was found in the DC Madam's list of clients. Rumors of hiring prostitutes actually first surfaced in 2002. Vitter got promoted to senator in 2005.
