Too bad the Covid vaccine doesn't have an anti-Q component.

Or maybe it wouldn't make a difference. Guessing most Q supporters are also anti-vaxxers?

Robyn, dammit!

Senators would actually have to convict Trump to bar him from holding office...

This is an untrue thing. Please do not assert untrue things as if they're true. It is true that there is an established and certain process to bar Trump from office if he is convicted, it is far from certain that conviction is the only way. The 14th Amendment creates a disability for office for having engaged in insurrection against the United States. A finding, by Congress, that Trump engaged in insurrection and passed by a simple majority vote would activate that disability.

Would it be constitutional? Unknown. Many scholars believe that it would be, but who knows how the Court would rule.

But a conviction on Impeachment is not the only way to bar Trump from office.

Why can't they make it a secret ballot?

That’s pretty goddamned pathetic that, in one of your last acts as a living being, you take the opportunity to show your undying affection for Donald Trump.

But, yeah, it’s not a cult at all........

Regarding Qanon "...neutral (11%), or weren't sure or didn't know (45%)" WTF--there's the problem, right there.

I think there's growing consensus, and Lawfare/Brookings Institute for one affirms constitutionality of "The 14th Amendment creates a disability for office for having engaged in insurrection against the United States."

That the disability is Constitutional is beyond question. It is the Constitution. The question would be whether Congress can establish that disability absent a conviction for or confession of Insurrection.

Pollsters need to go live in a cave and not come out until they figure out how to poll better. Media needs to ignore the polls until then. Consumers of media need to spot the bad guys at least 10 points in any poll that escapes the cave. TL;DR: polls suck.

I donno... I paid about as much attention to the nuttiness as I do to Al-Anon or Narc-Anon, and originally assumed they were some kind of self-help 12 step group.
