does he have a lawyer yet? that seemed to be a something that repeatedly confounded him.

also pretty weird his wealthy parents wouldn't help him out. but then they think it is ULTRA CORRUPTION that Biden gave Hunter a couple thousand dollar loan for a truck down payment... so helping family out financially is a foreign concept apparently.

The committee can assert comtempt or anything else they have the votes for, but it's legally meaningless. Legally, it is very much NOT contempt for the AG (or any other official) to withhold non-public records if a sitting president asserts executive privilege. Once that's done, it's up to the courts to adjucate the matter.
