So, the only source you've mentioned to date is gendertrender-dot-com, and its author (owner?) Gallus Mag (a pseudonym, apparently).
Would you say that that site (and author) are investigating these issues because of an interest in discovering the truth, wherever it may lead? Or conversely, that the site or its author has a particular bias, an agenda that drives their interest in these topics, and that may affect reporting?
This from the guys who constantly whine about wasteful spending and putting forth needless laws that exist simply to make people (in this case vile paranoid bigots) feel good....
Even so, these kinds of laws are a crazy disproportionate response. A blanket ban on transgender restroom usage because of such rare offenses is like changing schools because you forgot your locker combination or burning down a house to kill a single flea.
On top of that, I still haven't heard a good argument for how this is supposed to be enforced. You'd need a security drone of some kind; I've read many a gun nut reminding us that criminals don't follow the law.
