Wait, so the fact that the Republican party knows they have racists, revanchists and xenophobes among their ranks, and that they openly encourage such behavior should be the story here.
This sounds kind of like Trump's plan to paint headshots of Hong Kong Fooey on the tail-fins of F-35s and blame China for airstrikes on the Russian Army.
When I was living in Sanders County Montana back in the mid to late 1990's, the repuglians did briefly take over the Sanders County Democratic Party in western Montana. Sanders County & Kootenai County along with Sand Point in Bonner County of the Idaho panhandle share a common border & the Idaho panhandle & the western half of Sanders county has always been a hot bed of right wing lunacy with ties to the Michigan wingnuts & Tim McVeigh & his crowd to name a few bad actors. This is not a new thing for that area. Back then the local rightwing nuts were able to stack the precinct chairs with enough Republican's to take over the party's officers. However the state party refused to seat them because they refused to follow the state party bylaws of opposite genders in the chair & vice chair seats because as the party of old white men, they elected two white men as chair & vice chair. So for there takeover attempt fell apart.
We ran out of gas last week and the house was kinda chilly for about 12 hours. Then while the gas was out so went the power, so no space heaters for three hours. I could see my breath. A brisk morning, and a grand to fill the propane tank. Sucks to pay so much for this stuff, but I won't begrudge the profits distributors use for bass boats and titty bars.
I did not read the whole op. But this is what I understand to be the crux of it:
A ruling for the state officials would leave abortion providers and patients with no one to sue to stop enforcement of S.B. 8, which prohibits abortions at a stage when most people don’t even know they’re pregnant. At most, they could ask state trial courts to block individual private citizen suits on a case-by-case basis.
Conclusion and AnswerSenate Bill 8 provides that its requirements may be enforced by a private civil action, that no state official may bring or participate as a party in any such action, that such an action is the exclusive means to enforce the requirements, and that these restrictions apply notwithstanding any other law. Based on these provisions, we conclude that Texas law does not grant the state-agency executives named as defendants in this case any authority to enforce the Act’s requirements, either directly or indirectly. We answer the Fifth Circuit’s certified question No.
I have met people here in RedMO who say they don't want their kids to be any smarter than they are. Can't control 'em otherwise. This is some Olde Worlde shit right there.
Saw Thompson in a really small club in Pittsburgh. One of the best shows I've ever seen. He's amazing.

It isn't news if it's been going on all along.
'quiet part out loud' seems to be a syndrome they all have

It sure is close to Putinanny.

When you're a little too in love with your ideas, you tend to tell anyone who will listen about them.

Yup. Almighty profits, not to benefit those who generated the revenue, but to the top.

These guys are supper geniuses, I foresee them being quite the resource for any cell block that is lucky enough to get them.
At least the snakes get the pleasure of biting the morons 😉
