Hobby Lobby can stay open if they and every +16 teenager and under 80 adult in their family works a full, eight hour weekday swing/weekend day shift at the cash register every day in the exact same gear as their employees, each at a different store in the stores in the most effected areas.
Why am I not surprised that these assholes who consider the End Times a "good thing" aren't taking stay-at-home orders seriously in the midst of a global pandemic? Of course, I'm sure the owners and senior level management aren't going into the stores and potentially infecting themselves or their loved ones. They only think the peasants should be required to do that.

Turns out, it's not an April Fools Joke, it's very real. All I can say is that this billionaire couples love of money has totally undercut the concepts of guiding, guarding, and grooming. The billionaire couple are guiding thier business, whether they realize it or not, into financial ruin. They are failing to guard their employees from this virus, and those employees will get sick and possible die if the stores totally reopen. Who's left to groom when you have deceased employees, the next of kin sue for civil damages, and stores close due to slow volume brought on by bad publicity.
The reasons could be they are greedy, soulless, despicable people. If upper management and the owners are so convinced they are doing a public service perhaps they should go man a few of the stores with the same safeguards they provide those who fill their coffers.
Ohio Gov. Dewine was asked specifically about Hobby Slobby today.He said they will enforce the order.
