I have a dissenting opinion about her retirement. If Notorious RBG feels strongly about her judicial philosophy, she can lock in that voice on the court for another generation by retiring under favorable political circumstances. Associate Justice Snipy sounds about right.
See, this just shows liberal bias because Couric only asked questions the Justice knew stuff about. That's totally unfair to people she's interviewed who don't know anything.
