I'm disappointed in his lawyer. I had a similar case a year ago, except the defendant was a Hispanic kid who worked for Seneca Foods. He was sentenced to 18 months probation, the three days he'd already served, and 27 days of discretionary time. I don't know if Seneca fired him or not.
