I can't still believe the NYT was given a fucking Pulitzer a few weeks ago. If our group/societal standards for excellence in journalism have hit this nadir, well, we're in deeper shit than perhaps we even realize or can recognize. I'm so glad Evan Hurst is willing to read the New York Times on our behalf. I canceled my subscription almost 6 years ago, and I haven't regretted it one bit.

Then, probably when the orange orc appeared in the political arena, I left to never come back again, not even for the headers. Now I've been seeing that it got worse and worse.

Back in the day we used to go to this same hotel bar for happy hour on Fridays. I would leave a
