That big newspaper war with WaPo is resulting in good reporting from both papers, but Jesus P. God's Cat on a Roomba, the Times is publishing some weirdass shit, and we don't just mean the constant safaris to Trumpland to learn about the grievances of working class white men with "Liberal Hunting License" stickers on their F-150 pickups. Just this weekend, we got these treats:
OT, but lately, when I post Wonkette articles to Facebook, sometimes the photo or graphic is not showing up in my news feed. I see it on my own page, but when I look at the news feed there is only a gray "graphic" with a camera "icon" in the middle. Which means, if FB is doing some sort of censoring due to content of the article or graphical content, then it won't catch the eye of my 500 or so FB friends. They can see the header and the article, but not the eye-catching photo or graphic. I tested it by viewing in two separate browsers with the ad block turned off. It still doesn't show the photo or graphic. Kinda wondering what is going on - is the problem with the code on the photo or graphic (such as in this article by Doktor Zoom) or is it Facebook? Okay, not all that serious in the grand scheme of things, but just thought I'd mention it. And now, back to the show...
It started doing that to me two years ago. I think there is a quota for how many images you can upload. I started using Google Images to search for the meme and then posting the link. Some people use Imgur.The other thing you can do is create an image library on Photobucket or upload to Tinyurl and post that link.

That was painful. I had no idea that things were so very bad. I just noticed some communication between Trump campaign and a major Russian bank. I thought someone should take a look. I had no idea that other information exists BUT the NYTimes actually had all that additional information. And wrote that completely false article, knowing about the dossier. Maybe Ross Douthat should listen real close to the tape of that phone call where LBJ told his old mentor and head-segregationist-in-charge, Sen. Richard Russell of Georgia, that if Russell got in his way on the Civil Rights Act, he'd run right over him.

Which is unfortunately because technically half the people in New York State live outside NYC and the surrounding suburbs.....the high tax policies in Albany and corruption drove out most business opportunity in the rest of the state
