Yes. I have been saying for a long time that we need denazification.

Stephen Miller would have the Trump ICE folks stitch black triangles on the Roma children in the camps for identification.

If we're not the sort of massive wealthy country that can take in the persecuted then we lose something vital in our country.

I hope that family is getting the psych help it needs, since that child and his parents are gonna have some ongoing issues. Just kidding, I know they won't get any help at all.

Aren't we supposed to like, go free these people and force the perpetrators of this cruelty to stop? Shouldn't someone have destroyed the concentration camps in Germany, freed the people trapped inside, and done whatever is necessary to get them out? I want to vote this out, but people are being tortured!

It's hard to imagine a people more persecuted than the Roma. I include one of my oldest, closest, dearest friends, whom I'll see later today (we see each other every Tuesday, and have been friends since 1970).

She was born in Transylvania. She and her parents were incarcerated in a makeshift concentration camp that had been a pig farm. For "pleasure," the fucking fuckers who imprisoned her used to have her wash dishes, then lift her by her ankles to dip her into the washtub. Fortunately, they survived the war and decamped to Brooklyn.

The Rom in Europe, particularly those living in the Urban regime, are still demonized, ostracized, and brutalized, and on the other hand, romanticized. Bury me standing.
