In the LAT's defense, 1 minute of Rush was about all they could take, so they turned him off at that point and didn't follow where he was going. I, for one, cannot fault them for this.
Limbaugh was using sarcasm as a way to say Bush deserves credit for putting these events in motion. That Obama was merely a bystander.
If the plan had gone wrong, I doubt he'd say it was Bush's fault.
But that's not the important thing. The important thing is that Rush believes EVERYTHING that happens during Obama's administration is due to a decision made by George Bush. High unemployment? Bush's fault, not Obama's. Huge deficits? Bush's fault. Health Insurance Reform? Thanks Dubya!
