Someone needs to explain they have three choices: -they can do nothing; -they can concentrate your efforts on fixing the problems you see with the law and trying to make it into something that would work better and possibly getting enough Senate support for the changes to pass; or -they can keep trying to repeal it after 40 failed attempts.
Were we to poll these three choice and rank them by popularity, I can pretty much guarantee the one they have already been trying would not poll first. Or probably even second. And if there is some 4th option I haven't thought of, IT would probably even poll higher than their current strategy, just by virtue of not being as huge of a waste of everyone's time and energy as what they are already doing.
