Without Hillary's lopsided victory in California, she would've lost the popular vote by a few million. Hillary won California by huge margins seen almost nowhere else in the country.
Instead of rewarding California by allowing its citizenry to control the White House for the rest of our lives, we should throw out the top outlier for Republican and Democrat candidates and use what's left to elect the president.
