Here's how my responsibly irresponsible-not-to speculation works:

Steev Doocy did his doctorate at the School of Hard Knocks (AKA Roger Ailes Surprise Buttsexxing U) and he's counting the anal reconstruction surgery as "tuition."

From: William Mbato To: Steeve Doocy

Attn: Sir/ Madam,

May I crave your indulgence to open this College discussion by a formal letter of this sort.

It is pertinent that a College Loan of this magnitude should have commenced properly with a formal meeting of you and us to enable us know ourselves, have a fore knowledge of the Loans for College, discuss and acquaint ourselves with the responsibilities and functions of parties concerned, and appropriate shares accordingly. However, for time factor, confidentiality and personality of people involved here in Your College, USA, we choose this approach for the remittance of this Ten Million, Five Hundred Thousand, U.S. Dollars (US$10.5M).

Please bear with us for making the initial contact through e-mail. But my Professor are insisting for a meeting in order not to fall into a wrong hand again.

The only reason my parents aren't swamped in debt from edjumication is a) they used my grandmother's inheritance to pay off their part of my student loans and b) my sister got most of her education paid for because our Republican (?!?) governor set up a highly-subsidized scholarship for students who went to in-state schools. And we both were forbidden from working while in college (other than work-study) because our parents wanted us focused on our schooling. Even having 2 years of CC would have been a godsend, and we were a fairly well-off middle class family. For the poorz, it'd be a damn miracle. So Dopey Doocey can stuff it.

50 yrs old, actually got an ACADEMIC scholarship ( I don't throw no balls) and it still took my folks four years to pay off my college education, and thank Odin they did, because I'm currently working as a cashier. You know, one of those "beginning" jobs the Rethugs talk about.
