My father-in-law told my 5 yr old son to keep his beanie baby they gave him for xmas in pristine condition and it would pay for his university education. I ripped off the tag and told him to enjoy himself.
I have seen a number of stories on TV news (not Fox) where people are saying that their current plan will no longer be offered because it fails to meet the standards of the ACA. The description of the plan, as given by the subscriber, would suggest that it significantly exceeds the minimum requirements. Either the subscriber is lying about their plan (as would seem to be case here), or insurance companies are using the ACA as cover to move people into more profitable plans.
I wondered how useful this car would be for me for things like shopping trips to the local supermarket. Then I remembered that my local supermarket is 30 miles away, that getting to and from it involves driving on narrow mountain roads that are covered with snow for half of the year, and that there wouldn't be enough room in the car to hold the groceries that I bought while I made the drive back home.
Oh well, I was never very good at piloting a bobsled anyway.
So that's what my high school boyfriend did after graduation. Well, he already had a list of prospective clients, so I guess it must have worked out for the sleazy jerk after all.
OT and webcomic whoring. Has your daughter read Serenity Rose ? The guy that does it was one of the artists for Invader Zim. The last story,Break Your Stupid Heart is both goth and proto lesbian, and wonderful.
I had a plan that cost $25 a month and covered everything with no deductibles or co-pays from Bull Crap/Bull Shit Insurance. That insurance now never existed, thanks to Obamacare.
I don't know why I have to send my kids to daycare, even if the cost is subsidized. Tying them to the tree out back with a bottle of water worked perfectly fine.
