Because black people are "low information voters" who only vote for those who give them "free stuff" such as "food" and "education" or a "social safety net." Or they only vote for other black people.

Of course, that's not racist to say this, unless someone points out how it <i>is</i> racist, then <i>they</i> become the real racists.

This only seems complicated because you probably think words have meaning, or something. If you just use them as political weapons to hurl at the other side, it's a lot easier to follow!
