Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell stayed in Cincinnati rather than moving to Columbus when he was in office. He decided he could do almost everything by phone, email, and online. When he did have to come into the office, he drove his state-provided car up to Columbus, parked out front at a meter, but never put any money in the meter. If he got a ticket, the taxpayers footed the bill.
