It is always a good time to post The Lonely Island music videos. Did you know whatshisface (I am bad with names) from The Lonely Island made a Groundhog Day-like movie? It is called Palm Springs (2020) and it is excellent.
Despite my dislike of time travel as a trope, I find myself really liking the Groundhog Day genre.
Edge Of Tomorrow is another one that is especially good if Tom Cruise annoys you, because you get to see him die again and again in new and exciting ways.
Source Code is terrific and terrifying, this takes the time loop concept and twists it into something else.
Some would say Free Guy fits the genre, but only nominally in my opinion. Still a great movie.

I watched Edge of Tomorrow on an airplane. Cruise was annoying, but Emily Blunt ruled.
Emily Blunt was absolutely amazing. I develop a bit of a crush on her character every time I see that movie.
