I wish he could come back and say more funny things. But I don't suppose he'd think the same people were crazy that we think were crazy.

Why does the photo introducing this story show the face of Democratic candidate, Jammie Harrison instead of that dirt ball Tim Scott?

The photo is correct. I just looked up both and compared the photos (I'm not overly familiar with either though I do get several emails a day from Harrison's campaign). That is indeed Scott. Oh, and his name is Jaime, NOT Jammie. You do realize that your comment does not reflect well on you, don't you?

"foreshadowing the necessity of a V-shaped recovery coming out of this virus before we even knew about a virus."

That`s...words, but what do they mean? What the hell is a v shaped recovery?

That's quite possible. He was against secession, but also did not think that SC would rejoin the Union.

Tim Scott doesn't count, does he?

There hasn't been a respectable anything out of South Carolina since 1870. I was there in early 70's, basic at Ft.Jackson, AIT at Ft.Gordon (Augusta, Georgia) but North Augusta was in S.Carolina. It was a shit hole then. It seems to have only gotten worse.

And that’s why Donald Trump hates Pete Townshend. (That and “Pictures of Lily” made him feel funny.)

Also too, note to Seth: good work on the reporting, But Chill It With The Stupid Capital Letters. It Makes You Look Like A MAGAt.

Some smart people have done the math. It’s better - financially and morally - to keep the economy shut down until we can develop a more effective testing regime.

I guess republicans think that mathematics are the language of Satan though so I doubt this will shut any of them up.

I understand the sentiment, but we need to think of their kids and extended family, in addition to their likelihood of serving as disease vectors. In many cases, stupidity is not a victimless crime.
